Ongoing Pest Control Services
Our recurring pest control services come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
If you are not satisfied with the service, we will schedule a follow-up visit to inspect the issue and determine why the pests are coming back.
During this visit, the manager will inspect the property with you and often alongside the technician who performed the service.
Our Quality Control Visit
The purpose of the visit is to:

Assess current pest activity

Review what treatments have already been performed around your property

Identify factors contributing to recurring pest issues

Build a clear game plan moving forward

Explain what is contributing to the pest problem and what level of control you can expect from the approved service plan
If additional service is needed to make things right, the service manager may recommend complimentary follow-up visits at no extra charge.
If we follow the plan together and the problem still isn’t resolved – or if it turns out the situation isn’t one we can effectively treat – we’ll refund up to three service payments.
What We Need From You
Getting rid of pests is a team effort – and it works best when you’re on board with the plan we put together for you.
If certain parts of the treatment get skipped, we may not be able to back the results with our guarantee.
For example, our guarantee may be affected if:
- An active infestation calls for weekly visits, but you’re only available for service every other month
- We recommend sanitation fixes, sealing entry points, or changes to your yard or home – and those steps don’t get completed
- We can’t get into the areas that actually need to be treated

One-Time Gopher & Mole Services
Our one-time gopher and mole control services include a 30-day warranty.
If gophers or moles return within 30 days of the completed service, so do we!
After your 30-day warranty is up, if gophers or moles keep coming in from neighboring properties or nearby areas, we may recommend follow-up treatments or an ongoing maintenance plan.
Rodent & Wildlife Exclusion Warranty
Any exclusion work we complete, including sealing entry points and installing rodent-proof barriers or materials, comes with a 1-year warranty on the specific areas we repaired or sealed.
The warranty covers the specific exclusion repairs and materials we install, including sealed entry points, metal barriers, screening, and other rodent-proofing materials that failed under normal conditions, including:
- Weather exposure from rain, heat, and seasonal changes
- Rodents are chewing and scratching the barriers
- Regular day-to-day use of the structure
Exclusion Warranty Limitations
The exclusion warranty is void if:
- You do construction or remodeling in the treated area
- Another contractor disturbs, removes, or damages the work we did
- Structural repairs or changes to your home create new ways for pests to get in
