Our skilled technicians are experts at eradicating damaging animal pests from beautiful landscapes all around the Bay Area.

After a thorough training., Our technicians are given a fully equipped modern era vehicle, uniforms, and all the support needed to go out on their own covering their list of customers throughout the year.

We back up our technicians with medical, dental and vision insurance plus a healthy matching of a 401k savings plan.

Our support teams provides our technicians with all the backup that they need to be successful. Including running supplies, ongoing training, telephone customer support, and a billing department that handles the heavy lifting of collecting payment from the customers.

Our technicians earn a combination of hourly pay which is exceeding the industry average plus a tremendous monthly bonus that rewards a job well done.

We see our average technicians earning between $70,000 and $80,000 a year, and we have technicians who are in the $90,000- $100,000 range as well.

We continue to find opportunities to increase technician pay to keep up with the cost of living in the Bay Area as best we can.

Our CSR staff are given thorough Hands-On training, generally work from home, are rewarded with medical dental vision and 401K with matching as above

Are csrs catch inbound calls and help our customers with whatever is needed. We offer a red carpet level of customer support. That means we are happy to handle any question whether it’s billing, complaints about service, or selling new service contracts over the phone. Our csrs are also backed up by our sales representative who will meet customers in the field to assess their specific needs and report back to the office.

We understand that being a customer service representative is being on the front lines of customer concerns sometimes.
Our CSR team is well supported by the rest of our office staff and field supervisors when it comes to problem resolution.

The most important qualities in a Smith’s CSR is the ability to compassionately listen, and provide solutions to customers for their pest emergencies or other concerns.

Smiths is proud to say that our compensation for customer service is well above industry average, plus the work from home benefit saves our employees a tremendous amount of time and expenses not having to commute into the office.
