Are csrs catch inbound calls and help our customers with whatever is needed. We offer a red carpet level of customer support. That means we are happy to handle any question whether it’s billing, complaints about service, or selling new service contracts over the phone. Our csrs are also backed up by our sales representative who will meet customers in the field to assess their specific needs and report back to the office.
We understand that being a customer service representative is being on the front lines of customer concerns sometimes.
Our CSR team is well supported by the rest of our office staff and field supervisors when it comes to problem resolution.
The most important qualities in a Smith’s CSR is the ability to compassionately listen, and provide solutions to customers for their pest emergencies or other concerns.
